Rental terms.
General terms for browsing, requesting, and renting from HH Fleet Co.

Strict deposit forfeiture policy
Smoking, cleaning violations, or damage forfeits the full deposit.
Smoking of any kind—including cigarettes, cannabis, vaping, and cigars—results in a $150 smoking fee, and returning the vehicle dirty results in a $100 cleaning fee. Any smoke or vape detection, lingering odor, burns, heavy cleaning or sanitation violation, or any interior or exterior vehicle damage results in immediate forfeiture of the entire $350 or $500 security deposit. This includes excessive dirt, severe stains, pet hair, spills, and any mess requiring deep detailing.
Vehicles must be returned in the same clean condition they were delivered in. Any cleaning, odor remediation, sanitation, or repair costs exceeding the deposit will be billed directly to the card on file or submitted to the renter’s insurance.
Applications and reservations
A submitted application is a request for review and is not a reservation. A rental becomes confirmed only after HH Fleet Co approves the renter, confirms availability, receives required payment, and all parties sign the rental agreement.
Rates, mileage, and deposits
Displayed rates are base daily rates. Each rental includes 125 miles per day unless the signed agreement states otherwise. Refundable deposits are subject to return timing, vehicle condition, fuel, tolls, mileage, cleaning, and other amounts due.
Driver eligibility
The primary driver must be at least 18 years old and provide a valid driver’s license, current full-coverage insurance, and a matching payment method. Additional driver requirements may apply.
Vehicle use
Vehicles may only be operated by approved drivers and must be used lawfully and responsibly. Unauthorized drivers, racing, off-road use, and prohibited commercial use are not permitted.
Delivery and return
Delivery is subject to location, timing, and availability. The renter remains responsible for meeting the agreed handoff and return arrangements.
Final agreement
The signed rental agreement controls the rental. If these website terms differ from the signed agreement, the signed agreement governs.
